The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@escapefromplaytime.site. It goes to a real inbox that we read — there is no ticketing system and no bot on the other end.
We are a small fan project, so replies are not instant. Corrections get handled first, because a wrong page costs readers more than a slow reply costs you.
Found something wrong? Tell us
This is the most useful message you can send. Pre-launch details move fast — store pages change, tests come and go, and announced changes land in patches — and we would rather hear about it from you than leave a wrong detail in search results.
To make a correction easy to act on, include whatever you have:
- The page URL and the specific line that is wrong.
- What you saw in game or on the store page instead.
- A screenshot or clip if you have one — that lets us verify without reproducing the whole run.
- Your game version, since details differ between test builds and Early Access.
Have you confirmed something we mark as unsettled?
A few details on this wiki are openly unsettled, and we would like to close them:
- The final player count. The Steam page lists 1–8 players, while older official FAQ text mentions 1–4.
- The final price. No price has been verified yet, so we do not publish one.
- Which changes from the October 8, 2026 feedback announcement have shipped. Navigation tools, quota display, extraction hints and revive changes are plans until a patch confirms them.
If you can supply any of these with a screenshot or clip, we will publish it, credit you if you want the credit, and date the page to the version you tested on.
What we cannot help with
- Bugs, crashes or account problems — those belong in the official Discord or Steam support.
- Refunds and purchase issues — Steam support handles those, not the developer and certainly not us.
- Requests to publish unverified numbers, leaked codes or test keys. If it is not confirmed through official channels, it does not go on the site.
Suggesting a guide
If there is a question you searched for and could not find an answer to, that is worth sending. Tell us the question as you would type it into a search box — the gaps readers actually hit are more useful to us than our own guesses about what to write next.
